General wording rules

I think we should agree on some general wording rules for the NCC gui.

Suggestions:
- Plural of NEM stays NEM.
+ Example: "If you lose the private key, your account and all your real NEMs will be lost FOREVER!"

- When talkin about NIS or NCC, write down the whole name and provide the abbreviation in brackets.
+ Example: "NEM Infrastructure Server (NIS) is not available."

And I would like to change all the "Ooops" titles in "Error". The text could contain something like "We are sorry" but that "Ooops" seems a bit nonserious I think.

Please tell me what you think and then we should update the english language file so all the translaters can update their language as well.
*I actually like "Ooops" more than "Error". Sometimes we need to have a bit of fun wording  ;)
@iaminitnow06: You have a very strange way to use quotes.  ;D
