fidor.de is a community focused german bank. They sell some digital currency for a game already.
If we could get them to sell XEM directly it would be the secures way to exchange XEM <-> EUR. You simply need to have a Bankaccount at fidor. Famous btc trading plattform bitcoin.de has a close partnership with fidor already.
If we could supply them with XEM for start, and they see it's working and they make some money with Nemster. It would be great.
But the real opportunity would be, that they may act as Pay-processor or at least a Pay-processor could use the as a bank.

They already integrated Ripple but you can't compare that with XEM. Right now they have no reason to add XEM. They wouldn't gain anything from doing so.
It would be cool but I think we need to gain a little more tracktion and utility before approaching banks.
Since they are using Ripple it shouldn't be hard for them to integrate any crypto though.
