Getting Error message withdrawing from Poloniex

Hi there i am new to NEM just got an issue, not sure if i am doing it correctly, I have opened my Nanowallet and copied my deposit address from here
file:///C:/Users/Stan/Downloads/NanoWallet/start.html#!/transfer-transactions
(logged to my wallet went to receive), then used that address to withdraw from poloniex, but after its was pending for a bout 12 hours i got a message “Error” in red, poloniex didnt answer me for 2 days now so just want to ask, an I using correct deposit address? is my wallet is actually operational? (i never used a wallet like this one) this is like half online half hard wallet?
any help would be appreciated!

Hello.
I have one question.
I think that withdraw confirmation e-mail comes from Poloniex, did you approve the withdraw by accessing the URL written e-mail?

thanks

Hello I have the same problem whit POLO I can’t withdraw my XEM, anyone can help me? Thanks
I have all confirmation in POLO but I have a message COMPLETE ERROR.

I think this topic is an important one. Being new to NEM/XEM - I am somewhat confused by the dialog/s being generated by the exchanges regarding seiding/receiving XEM. I have NEM in paper wallets and the Android NEM wallet can read those wallets with no problem. However- that same Android XEM wallet seems clueless as to the QR codes being generated by Poloniex. I can’t get XEM into the exchange with my phone. The Exchange wants a MESSAGE - which it generates a QR code for. And It offers an address - also with a displayed QR code. The XEM android wallet does not recognize them. Has anyone been able to send/receive XEM with Poloniex AND what wallet/tool did you use to do this? Thanks in advance for all of the people you will help with your clear answer.

Since I had never deposited QR with Poloniex, I tried it.
This QR is just a QR code to display the remittance destination and remittance message. Moreover, it is divided into separate QR codes.

NEM defines the QR standard that reads them all at once, but found that Poloniex does not correspond to it at all.

Later on I will report this issue to NEM developers and I would like you to propose to display on Poloniex with mobilewallet.

Thanks

Ok Poloniex said that i used incorect NEM address and refunded the money back, now question why is the address incorect? I used this address see attached, what am I doing wrong?

Pay to: Address is NEM TEST net Address.
Thanks

NEM is pointing to a TESTNET…

logout and login again to the CORRECT wallet.

thanks!

You mean this is only a test wallet? Thats all I got do I need to open another one? See attached

As the name suggests, TESTNET is a place to conduct tests and practice NanoWallet operations.
Poloniex supports NEM’s MAINNET network.
TESTNET and MAINNET do the same movement, but there is no currency compatibility.

To use MAINNET, you need to select MAINNET when creating an account with NanoWallet.

I am really confused, I loaded mobile app, entered private key, and my receive address on my phone is different to the one on my desktop, I dont understand which one is right?

Get address and get it on the desktop.
However, the acquired address was a test net.
Originally you load the QR code displayed on the desktop with Mobile Wallet.
However, the QR code of the test net can not be loaded with Mobile Wallet.
So I copied the secret key and registered it in Mobile Wallet.

Is it like the above?

My guess is that the desktop wallet test net’s private key and the mobile wallet’s main net’s private key are the same.
You can successfully use the main net from NanoWallet by importing its private key into NanoWallet’s main net.

So what is a test net? Is that like not real currency for testing? How to I
open a non test version on desktop?
