All working fine then go to send some mosaic out…get to the click send button…and it is greyed out!
Any ideas?
Delete wallet and import from wlt file?

Are you sure that password is correct?
Yes is same password as the one I just used to open up the wallet.
I’m currently not in home and I can’t check. As I understand you try click and it doesn’t work? Your balance shows correctly in top part of wallet view?
Balances all correct in the mosaic…
Fill in a send of either Nem or our tokens in the mosaic…type in the password, then try to click send it has the little grey circle over it not allowing me to send…
Password is correct, is same password I use to login to the wallet.
Can wait until you get home… I will be up a bit more…am on GMT +7 time zone, so it is 115am here.
What browser are you using? Universal client (in browser) or native (for Windows /ios/linux)?
Downloaded the Mac version…so think it is native…ver 1.4.13-osx64
I will have access to my netbook on sunday (vacation). Could you first try to use universal client https://github.com/NemProject/NanoWallet/releases/download/1.4.13/NanoWallet-1.4.13.zip operating in browser? You can simple import your private key using sign up - > private key wallet (third tab).
If in universal client also it doesn’t work I ask to help other person.

One more thing. Looks like address you are sending is to short. Correct NEM address should have 40 signs.

Strange…looks like it was a bad address…just sent no problem to another member! Thanks for the help. The system should say that is an incorrect address!
That’s a bug you found… And you should be rewarded, of course!

I’m not sure if this is bug but clearly message should show what is wrong.

Addresses that are not 40 characters can not be sent on any terminal.
If you were able to send it, please tell us the transaction hash.
@mizunashi this is not case. There is not possible to send transaction but for user is not clear what is wrong. There is no message or something indicating that user put wrong address. Only button send is not active.
