When created wallets, happened as follows:
1. create wallet Three (wallets alpha, beta was already created)
2. The NIS was not fully started, so the creation failed. At least so was shown in the note.
3. wait 20 sec and create wallet Three.
Note: Oops there already exist wallet with the same name.
4. create wallet Four
This is successful.
5. Close Program. Exit and shutdown NEM monitor from the task bar.
6. Restart NIS & NCC.
7. create wallet Five
8. The NIS was not fully started, so the creation failed. At least so was shown in the note. The wallet file though existed in the NCC folder.
9. wait 20 sec and create wallet Five.
Note: Oops there already exist wallet with the same name.
10. create wallet Six
This is successful.
11. Close Program. Exit and shutdown NEM monitor from the task bar.
12. Restart NIS & NCC.
13. Open wallet Six … but it is not listed in the wallets. NCC says there is only 3 wallets, and not showing Six nor Four.
When opened one wallet and tried to remove it, then came also an OOPS error.
After an hour all the wallets were in the list, and could be opened. But the removing still failed, though the account was empty (0.00 NEM).
Or is there some "missing" link with the concepts of account and wallets?
