I’m actively harvesting. Its says I have earned fees yet no XEM are credited to my wallet.

the balance just shows my buys but not the harvesting

Nanowallet, the " dashboard " shows your Harvested blocks .

If you add up your buys you get ~63550,8, the balance shows ~63571.4, so you probably got something like 21 xem for harvesting.
