I keep getting this message and I have more than 1000 nem. What is the problem?

You must have 1000 NEM for more than 24 hours before starting harvesting.
It changed, you must have 10000 vested nem on your account. If you received 100k NEM then 24 hours later 10k NEM have vested and you can start harvesting.
