Harvesting Question

Hi,

I’ve had some XEM for a while now and just found out about harvesting (didn’t look at my xem for a while).

I saw that harvesting is delegated, Howeer, I don’t know exactly what that means. I can go to my nanowallet and start harvesting, but do I need to keep my computer on at all times? Or does the delegated part mean that I just commit the coins and the harvesting is done via a node?

Still not completely sure how this all works.

Thanks for the help!

Ive been delegated harvesting for a week with 160,000 XEM and I haven’t received anything the entire time is there a problem or is just rare to earn XEM, my POI is 0.45%

It’s difficult to receive anything as a node. I’d like to see them drop the requirement to be a super node from 3 million to 100000. It would encourage more people to be supernodes. Having a bunch of people holding 3 million coin doesn’t stimulate spending and could make the price more volatile when one of them dumps their balance. Drop the node requirement to 1000 XEM and better distribute the reward so that nodes at least see 1XEM for their efforts.

Yeah 3 million is like a 330,000$ investment at this point
