Has my wallet been hacked and funds stolen?

I wonder whether my NEM-wallet has been hacked.
I should have around 6888 XEM, but the saldo says I have only 0,716 XEM.
I see one withdrawal from my wallet of 6885 XEM, that I did not do!! I did never did any payment from my wallet. The address my XEMs went to is: 6f89e6f05d4311e7b7c5b9ff455b9c26.
I hope you can help me solving this!

Thank you in advance!

Regards,

That address will be Changelly’s address.

If you are not doing anything, it is considered hacked.
The method can not be limited. Various methods are conceivable.

First of all, I would like to confirm the remittance history.
Please tell me your NEM’s address.
Check the record on the block chain.

Thanks, I mistyped. Please find the correct address the NEMs went to above.

That is not a NEM address. What is the real account’s address?

The address of NEM is as follows. (There may not be ‘-’ in some cases)
It is an address starting with N.

NCLT5G-RRTWIO-HXE2NG-XLAXLT-U24OSM-7YZXBD-BEZR

Could you suggest this one?

My NEM-address is NCIC74-RCHLFJ–N40JAL-XDXZ2K-GSXMXT–ESDTBR-FYJT

Sorry, such an address does not exist in NEM.

It is an impossible address on the structure of NEM.

Please send the correct address again.
Or please show me a screenshot of the address.

The image is broken and can not be displayed here.
Would you please send me an image of your address again?

A screenshot from my address and from the withdrawal.

It seems to be withdrawn to Changely on 30th June.
I will ask you a second time.
Do you have any memory that made this withdrawal?

And this is the logo of the Wallet on the my screen of my Tablet.

No, I don’t have any memory of doing a transaction. I bought XEM as a long term investment.

Here a screenshot from my Changelly transaction history. Nothing around 29/30 June 2017.

This is all about your account deposit/withdrawal history.
I omit it below the decimal point.

May 21, From Changelly Deposit. 1407 XEM
May 27, From Changelly Deposit. 2997 XEM
June 6, From Changelly Deposit. 2484 XEM
June 30, To Changelly withdrawal. 6885 XEM *****

***** It is said that we are not doing the withdrawal of June 30.
In that case, it is thought that it was in hacking.

If you are not making that withdrawal, please contact Changelly.
At the time of withdrawal, message is filled in.
This string.
6f89e6f05d4311e7b7c5b9ff455b9c26

This string becomes the key to identify the culprit’s account.
Please tell Changelly this string and the URL below. There is a possibility to obtain information connected to the criminal.

This will be a request for cooperation to Changelly, so you will not necessarily receive a reply.

In case of hacking, please report damage to the police.
(I am a Japanese, so it will be such a procedure in Japan.)

Thank you so very much!!

I send the info you gave to Changelly. Plus the screenshot of my transactions on my account with them!

Good luck!

Thanks! I am a lawyer and Changelly has a responsability here. They should not perform orders that are not given by their customers I would think,… But I asked for their help kindly, without pressure yet

Can you see in which country the holder of the address the NEMs went to is located?

I do not have the answer so far.
I will ask the other person for the answer.

You can ask Changelly, only they would know.
