Can you please advise where on the NEM mobile I phone app i can find the Hash transaction number in digital form?
I made an exchange from my wallet to changelly and the funds have not been received.
You can do this:
Tap Accounts—Tap More—Export Wallet …
This is the PRIVATE KEY
Copy and email it to yourself.
Download Nano Wallet and Sign Up–Import Private Key
Then sign in… you will now see the hash info you need.

I can’t tap accounts. Nothing is happens? Are you saying when i sign into my wallet i “tap” accounts in the middle of the first screen? if so, it doesn’t open anything.
Log in to your wallet, go into “more” in the bottom. Than click on “Export Account” and there you will have option to “Show Private Key”.
You can check this tutotrial to see how to import it into NanoWallet:
you can look up your hash at chain.nem.ninja, just enter your address in the search bar, and find the transaction you sent to Changelly. You will see the transaction hash once you find the transaction.
I would advise to not email your private key
