Have NEM wallet on exchange but can't see it's been opt-in

Hi all, have NEM wallet on bitpanda and tried to check my wallet at
Opt-in Statistics but don’t find its address on any of the lists.
It had balance prior snapshot.
Can anyone explain why I wouldn’t see the account on opt-in balance transfer list?

If you held on Bitpanda then coins are on Bitpanda address not yours.
If they opted-in and declared that they will airdroped XYM to your Bitpanda account then you have wait.
