Maybe you made a typo while putting the address on cryptopia. Or they could have some withdrawal problems. I would advise you wait up to 12 hours and then hit their support.

there is no chance to make typo for the addresses because i copy and paste it .Furthermore i check the addresses twice before submit mr.kongo…Thanks for the advice mr.kongo

Cryptopia has constant problems with XEM wallet. You should have transaction hash in withdraw history. Check if it exists in explorer.ournem.com. If not contact with support and ask for explanation.
