I sent some BTC TO XMR and I never received my XMR their support team says they are working around the clock 24/7 they asked me for the transaction ID on Friday and i gave them it and its now Monday and I did not get a response.

well it has nothing to do with XEM but it has to do with FREEWALLET and XEM and XMR are associated with freewallet and I have seen freewallet provide support directly on this forum
This Freewallet support is registered but active only sometimes. I’m afraid no one but they support directly can help you in this situation.
