i downloaded the iphone app to add my coins instead of having them on the exchange, and when i wanted to put them back to the excahnge it never went through. I couldnt even see any confirmatons and its now 2 days and no coins. I opened the app made a new contact for my poloniex account added my address. Then went to my wallet pressed the top right to write a new transaction put the amount and sent. It sent the coins but no transaction ID how can i trace this and why wouldnt it be in my wallet on the exchange after 2 days?
Did you include a message with your transaction? Most exchanges require you to add one otherwise it won’t go through, if you forgot you should contact poloniex support with the transaction ID and they should be able to fix it for you.
how can i get the transaction ID. i sent from my iphone and there was no info after i sent. Thanks for your time.
