Is there any sort of help desk? Email? Phone number. My NEM is on my phone but the app won’t let me export the account so i cant back it up. I have 17k NEM trapped on my phone and i can’t send it to anyone either as the app is broken. I have my address and proof of funds coming from my Polo account. I stupidely thought my money would be safe on the NEM app but how wrong was I. I need to talk to someone in NEM is that possible? If not why isnt it? Is it not worth $1.8 billion or is it just a massive scam. They hold my NEM in their own wallet, so whats the problem

You probably dont understand the concept of cryptocurrency.
NEM is not company, it is open source project. Here YOU and YOU ONLY are in charge of/responsible for EVERYTHING regarding your funds.

It does not matter you have “proof” of anything. No one (except the holder of private key) can move the funds.

Now to your problem.
Can you open the wallet and see your account with nem in it?
When you are in your account you can click more in right botom corner and the export wallet. Can you do that?
What is broken? Can you explain more? Send some pictures?

You’re probably right, I dont really know what Crypto currency is, but i have an idea… kind of #@. But if I store my funds i an NEM wallet that they recommend and that wallet wont let me get the back up-code something isnt right.
so i go to

  1. i phone NEM app > enter password > account > my account
    2 now i can see the 4 icons on the bottom 1 Dashboard (with 16,944.5 XEM )2 Address book 3. QR 4. More

  2. i click on more and i see the attached (Multisig, Harvesting Details, Export Account) (see attachment)

  3. I click export account
    5 enter passport (see attachement)
    6 app crashes

  4. try scanning my polo QR code

  5. the scanner just keepon on flashing like its going to work, but doesnt

  6. try entering an address. (let iphone access my address book)

  7. go to address book see contacts only showing 10 of 100 +

  8. click on Matt Baker enter his address (see screenshot) click ok

  9. goes back to address book click Matt Baker address is blank (see screenshot)

  10. it never saves

i have the latest app. have restarted the app a hunder times, restarted the phone 10 times, turned the password on/off bottom

im totally clusess about whats going on as i dont understand whats happening

I dont use any apple products, so cant help yout with this.
You can try to get Nanowallet to your computer and send nem from mobile wallet to nanowallet.
Nanowallet is programed in javascript, so it works in all web browsers (but again, i am not sure about this apple browser).
https://nanowallet.nem.io download the beta.

Then generate new wallet in nanowallet and send nem from mobile wallet to nanowallet. - in dashbord of mobile wallet click “new”
