HELP! Mobile wallet - total noob mistake [SOLVED]

Hello,

I’m sure you guys are probably sick of noobs like me making this error, but I’ve just seemingly erased my entire balance from the mobile wallet and have no idea where it’s gone or how to get it back :confused:

I had a balance of 3882.855604 XEM that I transferred in from a Poloniex wallet a few months ago. I was trying to send it back but fear I’ve done something very wrong. I didn’t type an amount, or a message, and then hit send. The balance in my mobile wallet is now reading 0 and there’s nothing in Poloniex.

Transaction ID is 4d9e38c168c2f6ee2a3aa07041260b9aef02ec8c8803e38a7c4bed5c8e8b6877.

On the transaction page it seems to show that I sent 0 with a fee of 1, but I don’t understand why the balance in my mobile wallet account is showing 0?

Is it gone forever? :weary:

Have you backed up your wallet and private key? So long as you have this stored safely, you’ll always be able to access your funds.

It looks like you got XEM from Poloniex, then you sent 0 XEM to Poloniex, then in the 3rd transaction, you sent XEM to Poloniex with a message?

Seems like you figured it out.
