On Friday last I converted 48 LTC to NEM.
Changelly sent them to the address at the top of my mobile NEM (nano) wallet. But apparently that is not my account address, I should have clicked instead on the QR code. Now my NEM have gone missing. Changelly says they were sent, and gave me this link to the completed transaction:
Anybody know, where are the NEM gone to?
And where do I go from here to retrieve my NEM?

We need more info to help you. To start, what is the address changeably sent your xem to? Also your link to the completed transaction does not work. Give the transaction hash if you have it.

It looks like you had xem sent to changelly’s own address, it also looks like you forgot to include a message. You will need to contact changelly. There is nothing we can do for you.
Thanks Saul. I will get back to Changelly and explain your conclusions. Have you any other advice for me?
BTW I think NEM is the best project on the web. It is of the utmost importance for communities everywhere. i have been involved in alternative currencies and local LETS projects since the 1990’s . New Economy Movement offers a lot of hope.

My advice is to work with changelly, they are probably swamped with customer tickets at the moment, so you may need to be a bit patient with them, but they always seem to help out in the end.
