Help needed to Sync iOS wallet to nem desktop wallet

Hi- I transferred NEM from Bittrex to my NEM Wallet. I do not see the funds transferred over. In Bittrex it says the transfer of funds has been completed, but my NEM balance shows 0 NEM. Can you please explain why? When I enter my address, do I need the "-"s? I would like to start harvesting as soon as possible.

Look up your address on http://chain.nem.ninja and figure out where your XEM went.

It sounds like this may be an issue with Bittrex. Contact them and ask for your transaction hash.
