Help with error sending XEM!

I have two XEM accounts on my iphone. One I have the back up key to, the other I do not.

On both accounts when I try to send XEM out of the account I get the “Failure_Singature_Not_Verifiable” message.

What would be the best way to fix this?

If you have private key you can restore your wallet. For example on desktop wallet:

• Download NEM wallet: nemplatform.com/wallets
[Universal Client V2.4.7 (OPT-IN VERSION)]
• Extract zip archive
• Run start.html from extracted catalog (not directly from zip)
• Click “Sign Up”
• Click “Private Key Wallet”, choose mainnet
• Enter name you want for wallet
• Set password for wallet
• Enter private key
