Help with transfer of Nem coins

Hi,

I have switched from the iPhone 6 to the 6s and had the NEM app on my iPhone 6. As I back up my data from the 6 to 6s the NEM app showed.

I can still log in into my account and see my account, so I wanted to transfer my NEM but it shows me “failure_signature_not_verifiable”. I have read that I need to check the private key. Unfortunately I don’t have it saved anywhere and can’t create a new account.

When I go on more more and try to export my account on the iPhone the app crashes.

Is there any way to get the NEM transferred to a different account or are they lost?

If you don’t have private key/qr code from export account view / access to old app or icloud / itunes doesn’t contain keychain data tokens are probably lost.

There must be a way out guys you are tech and you control everything.

As I have written above:

You are only owner of private key. If you lose private key tokens are lost. That’s how cryptocurrency works and that’s why doing backup of your private key is first rule of crypto.
