That is not a transaction hash. That is an address, and it is probably not your address.

You didn’t send it to a blank address, you send it to what I think is poloniex.

Since you didn’t include a message you’re gonna have to contact Poloniex support to refund you those XEM.
How did i send it to poloniex when i didnt use an address?
Basically, only you can send your XEM.
You are only person who knows why your xem are moved.
If there are no balance on your poloniex nem account, please contact poloniex.
I’m guessing you’re using a mobile client ? If you’re in a “thread” in the mobile client you don’t need to enter the address again.
But I didn’t send it to Poloniex. If anything I was trying to figure out
how to send it to my other desktop client, purely and simply because the
mobile client app is so #$%^&*( inept).

Hi, i have a similar experience yesterday, i sent 1000 xem to changelly and i was debited but they said they have not receive it and asked me to send the hash of the transaction. there is no history on my mobile wallet for this transaction but i was debited, please how do i recover my 1,000 xem?
i also sent 1,000 xem, was debited but such transaction do not appear in my history and i cant see the hash to send as a proof of the transaction, i sent through mobile app. Please i need my xem back.

I make me to the same mistake. I had received some xem coins from poloniex and after one month i try to sent some xem coins from litebit and accidentally i give the address NBZMQO-7ZPBYN-BDUR7F-75MAKA-2S3DHD-CIFG77-5N3D which i think is poloniex address. I have the invoice and the network id for this lost transaction. Would i recover my lost xem and how?
You will need to contact Poloniex with your transaction hash, and explain to them what happened. They should be able to refund your XEM.
