Hello all! I didn't see an official introductions thread, so I figured I'd post here. :) I LOVE LOVE LOVE the ideology behind NEM and fully support it! I want to contribute in some way - not monetarily, but through some effort. Unfortunately, I'm not a programmer per se, but I do work as a lead application development analyst for a large health care organization in West Michigan. I work in an agile development environment interfacing our multiple EHR's with one another to pass scheduling, patient, and billing data between them. I'm scrummmaster certified - I'll list that as an asset in case you guys see that as a benefit in some capacity. :) In any case, I'm looking to assist in whatever way I can! As for skillet, I'd say:
Installing/configuring computer hardware(was a lead tech at a mom and pop computer store for a few years, building PCs and troubleshooting them)
Customer requirements gathering
Application interface design(I know quite a bit about HL7…lol)
Developing user test scripts and executing for rigorous testing(maybe I can help out with alpha on the client? I really know how to beat the shit out of software! lol)
SCRUMing in general
So, please let me know what I can start doing now!
PS Is it still possible to get on the stakeholders list? Is there a thread already discussing how that can be done that someone can point me to?
