I am about to buy my first XEM. I have created a Lite-bit account. How do I get it from Lite-bit to my NanoWallet. Do I use the receive- “Pay to” number?
In the Nano wallet guide I can see that Changelly allows me to buy XEM from inside the NannoWallet, is that the best way?
Yes, put your NanoWallet adress in “Receive Address” at litebit. Then Litebit sends it to NanoWallet.
Ok, thanks. How do I take the XEM of-line from NanoWallet?
What do you mean with of-line?
That it can’t be stolen by a hacker!
The only more secure way to store your coins then the softwarewallet is a hardwarewallet.
Trezor is having a full xem integration soon if im not wrong.

Thank you for the videos. I tried at Changelly but I cant find XEM in their alt.coins like it shows on the video!
@Raulund probably they do some maintenance because there was reported couple problems with Changelly last days.
thank you!
Does Nano wallet require a message?
When you sending transaction from exchange to nanowallet or mobile wallet message is not required.
ok…It has not been possible to buy Xem on neither Litebit or Changely today! Can I hold other kinds of altcoins in NanoWalet?
Only NEM mosaics tokens can be stored in nanowallet. For example dimcoin, comsa, bankera in near future and so on
Thank you… I have been trying to buy XEM for several days now. Litebit say that they currently do not have enough stock to fulfill my order! -and Changelly calculate that I will get 0 XEM no matter how big amount of USD I type in.
It is very frustrating…I also tried to buy other coins but with the same result. Their support is busy. Any ides what I am doing wrong?
It looks like Changelly has some problems with USD <-> XEM pair. You don’t have bitcoin to buy or other crypto?
You can buy also on Poloniex or Bittrex if you have account there.
I did a comparison of 4 popular exchange platforms which offer XEM trade: Changelly, Zaif, Binance, Poloniex.
The main criteria for comparison: payment options, transaction fee, allowed/restricted countries, registration/ approval of account, fiat currencies accepted, limits. Shall I add some more criteria for comparison?
When I was complete newbie to crypto world and wanted to buy some XEM tokens, I had a lot of questions like: which exchange platform to use? what are the transaction fees? what are the limits? I tried to answer these questions in this article - Where to buy XEM.
I hope this summary will help you.
Please let me know if you see some wrong information or if am I missing something. Also let me know if should add some other exchange platform to this article.
