How do I claim symbol from opted in NEM account. The symbol wallet is asking for mnemonic phrase which I never got. I only have NEM private key. I am sure everyone who has opted in is facing the same issue.
There doesn’t seem to be any way of claiming airdropped symbol. I opted in using an opt-in mobile app on android.
Please help.

When you set up symbol wallet did you get QR code for back up? Or mnemonic phrase you must have got one or the other? Hopefully you saved it somwhere
I have the same issue… I used version 2.4.7 of the Nem desktopwallet. I did not get a mnemonic phrase. I just created a new test account on the Nemwallet just to see if i missed something. But you only get a private key and a .wlt file

If you did you have mnemonic.
i went to services (day 1 when opt-in started) …pressed opt-in… but i did not get the steps shown in the video. but thats a long time ago…i did not fill in any namespace info or anything that i know for sure… gues im to late with the opt-in then
