How do I find the private key in NEM community client

How do I find the private key for my wallet? I am using NEM community client and would like to get the private for the case that something happens to my hard drive.

Hi Nemster, Please visit https://blog.nem.io/getting-started-with-nem/ and refer to section 2.3. Look at the first picture in this section. It gives the option for “Show account’s Private Key” under the “Create new account” option. From here you can find your account’s private key.
Remeber that your private key is the most important data of your account. Never disclose it to anybody unless you want to give them the whole control of your account. Keep it at two or more safe places, so that if unfortunately one gets damaged, you have backups.
