How do I get a public key without changelly?

Hi, is there a work around to get my public key without using changelly? Unfortunately, I live in the US and indacoin don’t mix. I’m unable to purchase nem to make an outgoing transaction to generate it.

For what you need public key? Public address should be enough

I’m unable to receive nem. I saw a few posts about the public key and thought maybe that is my issue as well.

Could you tell what you can’t receive? Could please paste error from changelly or other exchange?

I’m trying to buy xem. Changelly let me set up an account then stopped me at the payment processing screen. It was earlier this morning so I don’t have the message on hand, but it said something to the effect of indacoin not being able to accept payments from US residents because of no agreement, contract or some type of legality. I found Cryptopia on nem’s list of exchanges and was able to purchase them no problem. After I set my wallet up, I sent them the over with no problem on the exchange side. Crytopia shows the transaction completed this morning, but my wallet still shows a zero balance.

Here’s what I could get from cryptopia: Complete

It cut off the end of the txn id and the address.

Without full transaction id can’t verify your transaction in blockchain explorer.
If you want you can verify it by yourself: http://explorer.ournem.com/#/
This are public data (transaction id and address and no real reason for hide)

I’ve got the whole transaction id now. It’s not found when I searched. Hey, thanks for me showing that!

Indeed transaction is not found in blockexplorer.
You should contact with cryptopia support. They should explain this. Looks like they don’t do valid transaction.
