How do I get my XEM from Spectro to my NEM?

I have the NEM IOS mobile and Mac app and I bought some NEM on Spectro and am having trouble transferring. I was able to withdraw and transfer GTO onto my Trust wallet just fine (I know this isn’t an ETH-20) but I do not get why this process is different.

Do I need to purchase a Trezor for NEM to work:?

You don’t need Trezor. It’s only for storing your private key. If you have backup of your private key from app you are safe.
Maybe you should read first :

And sending is same like in eth. Where you can find difference? You just put your NEM address (starting with N) on spectrocoin.com withdraw view and confirm transaction. If you are sending to your wallet (not exchange) message is not important.

Thank you and I did read it my brain just hurts from falling down the crypto rabbit hole I suppose :confused:

Another thing is on my NanoWallet there is no “Recieve” tab where it shows there should be as per the image in the instructions.

Thanks so much for your help!

Your address is visible when you click Account link in top right corner. Receive tab was removed because it was confusing. We need remove it from tutorials…

Awesome thank you!

Now Spectro won’t text me my key and I tried to change it to send an email but it won’t save. This I understand isn’t necesarily your expertise but if you happen to have any insights that would be much appreciated :slight_smile:

@BlockchainBandit
Your key? You mean you can’t login to spectrocoin.com?

no it requires a key that is sent to ur email or phone (2 factor) and it just isn’t and theres a 15 min time limit

Understand. Check spam email. If you have set phone 2fa maybe it will be necessary to contact with support. They have livechat. Waiting is over hour but you can quick solve this IMO. Good luck.
