What Operating system is that? Windows? Mac? (If neither we can use Teamviewer with no problems)
To do:
- Back up wallet files
- Uninstall the NEM wallet (it looks like a stand alone wallet)
- Download and install the non-exe wallet where you copy the batch file into the user’s Desktop so they simply click this shortcut to run the NEM Platform.
