How do I start local harvesting?

From the guide it says: + No setup required - just click “Start local harvesting”

I have a vested balance of around 100,000 NEM; however, I do not see any button to click where it says “Start local harvesting”. Can someone please explain where this button is?

What wallet version are you using?
The nano is the recommended wallet according to the website.
Delegated Harvesting is also suggested.
