How many days does it take to send my NEM from nano wallet to another wallet

On the dashboard says that I sent to a correct wallet but the shipping sign is in red SINCE 2 DAYS AGO I send my NEM to poloniex wallet
My coins do not appear
please help me

It should take seconds, I guess. Did you send it with the message?

Please post a screenshot of the dashboard. Is the node icon red? If so, you are not connected to a node. Please select a different node from the dropdown.
