I set up a new wallet on my mobile recently and got some XEM.
I tried to set up a account on nano wallet using the same private key, but I do not see any XEM in my account there or any options. The dashboard has nothing.
How can I get those XEM on nano wallet?
If you just have a blanc dashboard you probably aren’t connected to any node.
If the circle next to node is red click it and sellect another node from the node list in the screen that pops up.
I did that. And it is showing green. I tried with all the nodes.
The strange part is that I see the XEM’s on my mobile wallet but not on the Nano Wallet. It still shows nil.
I have never heard of that issue while being connected to a node. Try restarting nano wallet.
Tried that. I still see 0 XEM in my Nano wallet. But my android wallet shows the amount that I have.
Is there an other way to link mobile and nano wallet?
Are they the same address?
If you imported the secret key, it should be the same address
If it is not, you mistaked the secret key.
