How to charge ICO-investors with nem tokens?

Hello everyone!
We are going to make an ICO on NEM, but the charging Bitcoin,Ethereum and XEM investors with NEM-tokens seems pretty dificult.
That’s why, I am asking: How to do it?
So, if I understand correctly, there are some steps:

  1. Creating a personal cabinet on some ready-made solution or script
  2. Attach coinmpayments or… ? to attach a terminal, that creates BTC,ETH,XEM wallets to which investors transfer funds and so on (??)
  3. charge investors with NEM tokens in proportion of the invested funds

So, are there some guides or?

I do not know of any guides on this subject. It is something that will require a programmer.

Of course, you could just do it all by hand, and that would not require a programmer, but it would also be a time consuming and manual endeavor.

I have seen ICO’s launched on NEM that hired a programmer, and some that did it manually.

You mean the coin you will issue for your ICO investor will be based on NEM? You can build a coin on NEM’s mosaic system and then send the coin to your investor’s NEM wallet.
