Is there a way yet to claim XYM that was not distributed by HotBit for the XEM snapshot. That exchange has completely ignored by requests saying simply “wait for further announcement”. My topic about this on the NEM support forum has also been largely ignored as well. Is there a work-around to this problem? Why is this even a problem to begin with?
If you held at Hotbit then only they can distribute you XYM coins because their belongs to them (on blockchain).
