Basically I have some NIS server installed and would like to know what is it’s version. How can I do this (for windows and for linux).
Also as a side note, it would be nice to write the latest version on the download page.
NIS version is in filename 
0.6.95.
You can check also version via API (/node/info or /node/extended-info).
For example: http://hugealice.nem.ninja:7890/node/extended-info
