It was a period where people could claim their NEM stakes. That period is unfortunately over though and the unclaimed stakes have gone in to a community fund.

you would have had to submit an address during redemption, so you should have the private key. if you didnt complete this process then unfortunately you wont be able to claim your stake.
I’d like to access my original wallet again, since I can see on blockexplorer, there are about 900 XEM left. However, I can’t remember how that worked. In my BTT inbox I’ve got a NEM token number. Does that help me in any way?

In that case you either need your private key or your wallet file. Do you have one of those?
Unfortunately not. I guess the wallet is lost forever. I hoped there was a deterministic procedure for our initial wallets.
If you neither have the private key for the account nor the wallet file + password, then your nem are lost forever. Nothing we can do about it.
