How to find the Transaction Hash [SOLVED]

I send XEM from my android Nemwallet to my bittrex account and included the message that was depicted

but the coins won’t show up and the Admin asks me for the transaction hash ?
how do i obaint my transaction hash ?

is it not easy to find a transaction if it was the only sending transaction from a given address

the adress the Coins were stored is

NBLQ6P-E7Z5CV-ANJNXG-OR74UQ-LOJ2YM-GJJOZ4-YFAQ

the exact amount was 1.361,067262 XEM

i send it to: ND2JRP-QIWXHK-AA26IN-VGA7SR-EEUMX5-QAI6VU-7HNR on the 30/08/17 10:33 (german time)

To check the transaction hash, please access the following URL from the browser.

When you conduct a search with the address of an exchange, it is quite a hard job to look for because there are many transaction displays.

I think that you can easily find it if you search from your own remittance address.

Thank you.

thank you very much for your help

but i am unable to find my transaction

the thing is i have only used this wallet twice, once to recieve and once to forward to bittrex, so shouldnt that be easy to find ?

when i check the adress the coins were stored there is hundred of transactions with this code ?

When examined by the address of the exchange, innumerable displays.
It is difficult to find out from there.

If you search by your NEM’s address, I think that it will come out soon.
If you do not understand, if you can tell me your address, we will search here.

thanks

they said the problem might be bad format but i included the message correctly

wich was : db422c507315450788a

the adress the Coins were stored is

NBLQ6P-E7Z5CV-ANJNXG-OR74UQ-LOJ2YM-GJJOZ4-YFAQ

the exact amount was 1.361,067262 XEM

i send it to: ND2JRP-QIWXHK-AA26IN-VGA7SR-EEUMX5-QAI6VU-7HNR

i attached a screenshot from my wallet that displays all this information, but i checked a million times so there should be no typos.

thank you very much for you help. david

understood.
Please show me the screen where your address is displayed.
Perhaps, I think there is a QR button under that screen. Press it to display it.

Thank you.

Hello @bermudadave. Your address from this printscreen is not NBLQ6P-E7Z5CV-ANJNXG-OR74UQ-LOJ2YM-GJJOZ4-YFAQ.
Your address is NCE36LYHV7ZICVXO6XNBRX4FUTK7VXO4W6XSISUS (http://chain.nem.ninja/#/account/NCE36LYHV7ZICVXO6XNBRX4FUTK7VXO4W6XSISUS/0).
I just found it by digging in block explorer history of NBLQ6P-E7Z5CV-ANJNXG-OR74UQ-LOJ2YM-GJJOZ4-YFAQ and searching transaction from 08.05.2017 with 1361.167262 XEMs.

The only money you have send to bittrex account is 0 XEM (with fee 0.1 XEM). It’s why your bittrex balance dosen’t change. Message looks OK but no XEMs attached
All money (without 0.1XEM fee transaction cost) is still on your account.

ah thats funny

thank you very much for your help

hey thank you for your help

in pressing the QR i realised that somehow the account number ist something like an adress but my adress is different

so apparently i didnt send any coins and they are still in my wallet
