How to get into the wallet

I remember that I sold almost everything when I claimed the NEM. Now I checked this account NA2R4E-RUT7N3-FFGCBG-6F5R2U-2IZN2O-3TTM3K-Q5SE and it seems there is some NEM left. How can I use it? I have the private key, I imported it into nanowallet, but it’s another empty account.

I remember there was another software which I used when we claimed the wallets. I even have the login and pass but I don’t remember exactly what to do.

Any help?

If you have an old .wlt file, you can try using NCC to import the wallet. You will need the password to the .wlt file as well.

You must have the wrong private key, or you did already cash out all your XEM. What’s your address?

So if I don’t have a .wlt file I won’t be able to access the funds?

You need either:

.wlt file and password.

OR

the correct private key.
