How to produce new private key?

I open the folder on my desktop, click on start and it brings me to the NEM login page…I choose my wallet, add password, and login.

Once I am logged in…is there no way to see my private key?

I bought around $600 worth of NEM through changelly, and I received the confirmation it was sent, but account says 0.

I downloaded the NEM wallet app for Iphone, and am trying to import the wallet to see if it shows on there…but I do not have my private key…only pasword, address ad public key.

How can I generate a private key since I can login to my account? and most importantly…where are the funds?

By the way, when I opened the account…i signed up for a simple wallet, not a private key wallet…also when in my account…there is nothing showing on the top bar area… when i first signed up…i got the address for NEM, sent money over through changelly…says it went through…but nothing in my account…

Hi Lucas,
first of all, check if the node circle is green. If not, you probably didn’t receive your transaction yet.
If that’s a problem (red node) - this is a solution:

The node circle is red. The transaction went through changelly on June 13th…how long would it take to go through?

also when it goes through…does the top bar then start showing all of my info?

If NanoWallt is running normally and you are really funded, balance will not be 0.
Please see the first video above to see if it works properly.
Also, in NanoWallt, the secret key is in the second movie above, but now I made it so I put a figure on it.

Also, please back up your wlt file and private key normally.
Changelly has never used it personally, but I see a write that it has not been sent well. I think that this solution can be solved by asking changelly.

If Node is red circle, you can not connect to NIS server. Please choose another NIS server from the node list.

Okay cool it worked thanks…Yeah I just chose another node, now it displays.
