I reinstall the NEM apps (IOS) because i had a problem with this.
And when i reinstall this apps, i forgot my wallet.
How can i reopen the first wallet ?
I don’t have QR code.
I just have the wallet adress and the name of this one.

You should do export account and keep it in safe place on the first place.
Unfortunately if you don’t have a backup it will be not possible to restore account with only public address.
