Hi all I am new here if you could help me I will appreciate.

What is the best way to sell nem and bring the money into my account?

How can I send the money from my wallet to some exchange and then to my bank account?

I mean which is the best exchange and faster.

What I want is sell nem and send the money to my bank account at some point.

I believe spectrocoin let’s you seel XEM for EUR directly.
Otherwise you’ll need to go BTC and then FIAT which you can do on the usual exchanges.

I mean somehow you bought XEM right ? Just reverse that path.
