How to send all dimcoins (mosaics) from one wallet to another?

How to send all dimcoins from one wallet to another?
I received dimcoins like mosaic after ICO to my wallet and I want to send them to another my wallet, but when I’m putting an amount of coins to send in result it gives me less sum.
for example, if I put 1.0000000 coins to send it will send just 0.00000001 coins.
Have you a description how to send mosaic properly?

That is completely normal. It is taking the divisibilty into account when you send an amount. Just add more zeros, and you will send more DIM. Make sure to do a test transaction in small amounts if you are unsure.

With restricted amount by default, it sending well.
I tried to add more zeros like 1.00000000000000000 and result of a sum was 1.00000000, but it showed an error like not enough funds in a wallet

@xrsxlnx That might be due to the fact that transaction fees are payed in XEM. Are you having enough XEM in your account?

how many xems does it need for sending 10k dimcoins?

In my case, it takes fees in dimcoins and there is enough amount of it.

From what I have experienced so far (only on the testnet though, and not using DIMCOINS, but custom created mosaics) you would need around 2XEM to transfer 10.000 DIMCOINS (1XEM by default and 0.8XEM transaction fee). I think what you mentioned as a “fee” being paid in DIMCOINS would be a levy bound to this mosaic, which comes in addition to the transaction fee in XEM.

That’s how I would interpret your situation, but I am relatively new to NEM myself and don’t understand the technology fully, so I could be wrong. Are you using NanoWallet? I think there you can track quit nicely what’s going on.
