I don’t understand how to unencrypting message ? i send 100 NEM and I copy and paste message without encrypting message, is it wrong ? because until now i my 100 NEM I sent to my NEM wallet is not received, how the solution?
You don’t need a message to send to your own wallet, only exchanges require it.
If you’re using a standard client it’ll decrypt the messages for you, it has nothing to do with whether or not you’ll receive the tx.
If you give us an address and or even a tx hash we can look into it. You gotta give us more details, how else is anyone supposed to help you ?

That address is receiving a lot of tx with messages, are you sure that isn’t the address you deposited your XEM to an exchange ?
The message is not encrypted btw.
Where have you sent this funds? Looks like exchange.
Thats my address on exchange exrates.me , yes that’s true that message is not encrypted because that massage for exchange exrates.me, i was chat with contact support and they said “wait maximum 24 hours my deposit will added” and now I got my deposit on my NEM wallet on exrates.me, I think exrates.me is good exchange because they are fast response

This is my first time i deposit NEM on exrates, I usually deposit XLM, when i deposit XLM on exrates in 5 minutes my XLM deposit arrived on my XLM wallet, yes that’s right not many exchange have quick report, btw do you have recommend which exchange trusted that have quick support? exrates is my first exchange but I wanna try another exchange to make arbitration
Today only small exchanges have quick support. Big exchanges like Bittrex and Poloniex have problems with quick answer (waiting almost month). Extrates must have some problems with deposits because NEM transaction is quick and completed in max 1 minute most times.
