http://api.beta.catapult.mijin.io:3000/ returning http 503… any other alternatives to that url or solution to the issue?

are those provided by Nem itself ot some other third party or company is maintaning?

the url us still returning 503, and the details on page http://beta.catapult.mijin.io/ is still showing the above url…
