They disabled the deposit button 3-4 days ago…This is a good thing because no more users can be trapped. It is also a good thing because it might mean we get our XEM quicker because they aren’t still trying to trap people but that’s just a guess.
I also depositted NEM to HUOBI about 6 days ago, and it still isn’t reflecting in my huobi wallet, I think what HUOBI did by not suspending the deposit wallet is sick, and their support are really really poor. The repeated responses are terrible and they answer nothing. They say wait for recharge but when I ask what recharge is they say please be patient and wait for recharge. On the positive side I see that they have suspended further NEM deposits which hopefully means its not a scam. I think the fact that NEM have not contributed to this forum is a sign that the coin and platform has taken a fatal blow as a result of the hack, and their attempts to solve the problem have in fact only made it worse. Very sad. Huobi’s weak support should place Huobi onto the exchange blacklist.
One more day is nothing in my balance… I really do not know how long to wait for??

I asked the official NEM Twitter if there was any problem anymore or if this completely Huobi. They said Huobi is crediting deposits after confirming the transaction number and told me to contact Huobi. I told them I have sent over 5 emails to their support and have already provided the transaction number. I just sent another email to Huobi support with the transaction number again but according to the official NEM Twitter this is completely a Huobi problem right now.

I got a response to my latest email to Huobi. I won’t copy and paste it because it is so idiotic. I told them it has been nearly 10 days and I still don’t have credit for my XEM and that NEM says it is only Huobi who is responsible now. Guess what they said…They copied and pasted the announcement from February 20th and told me not to deposit until deposits come back online. Well they kinda said that because none of their English makes much sense. These morons cannot even use Google Translate properly to understand what I said. I even made my sentences short with easy words that can be translated like “10 days since my deposit, do not have my XEM still”. Absolute complete morons. At this point there is nothing we can do except hope that our deposits get credited at the same time automatically like they did for people who deposited before March 5th. NEM told me to contact Huobi on Telegram but I have never used Telegram and didn’t really understand how to get started. Just got another response from the NEM Twitter saying “Huobi will credit your XEM after they are done checking transactions” yeah right…they will credit whenever they feel like it. They could have checked my transaction 1000 times already.
Generally, nothing new except our hope… We hope Fucking Huopi will credit for us around March 20. I really dont know about persons those who were credited with any inform by mail or compensation or not?
I have good news!! Today I check my houbi’s account and for my surprise I have my xem coins!! I deposited them on March 5. I didn’t receive an email, so I recommend you to check directly in your huobi’s account.
