I suggest we open a lawsuit all together against Huobi for these losses. After 12 days they still have no clear warning on their deposit and people are still getting trapped every day. XEM price tanked from 4300 sats to 3200 already on bittrex and poloniex. I’m waiting since 21/02 and my patience is over with these dickheads.
Anyone who wants to organize this?
I think now they think how not to collapse the market if they open deposits and this is already a NEM problem. The further, the more the situation goes to a dead end for NEM team. The command does it pretend that everything is fine on twitter, while in fact the circulation between the exchanges is paralyzed and the price goes to zero.
There is something going on that we are not allowed to know. If this is NEM definition of decentralization, I hope they get REKT. So who are we sending a lawsuit? Huobi, NEM or both lol
legal action is a long, complicated journey. huobi is still not a scam exchange and is sensitive to reputation. I propose to compose a small press release on this situation and jointly disseminate it to all accessible crypto media, forums, telegram channels.
huobi should start to bear reputational losses as we lose money.

Believe me, businesses with such mentality die out or become a scam somehow. Did you know 90%+ of their volume is fake and they’re far from the ‘big’ exchange people think they are. Could be a good idea to start what you’re suggesting but unless someone is good at this, we have to work together.
So where is the problem now? HUOBI or XEM?
Huobi should be exposed no matter what, they’re a scam already.
NEM I honestly don’t know, but they also don’t update anyone about this situation and are doing everything behind closed doors. They even said they don’t care about the price, just about the tech. Well beautifull story but nobody wants to be on your Titanic without being able to escape.
Huobi has been scamming ppl with higher rates. Bittrex has also started their XEM wallets but huobi hasn’t . It is a huge problem as they aren’t even offering a automatic refund to sender. There is no deadline , no information …NOTHING !! It should be posted everywhere Facebook , Twitter. Let us try to contact some top crypto influence-rs so that this matter is made bigger !! LET THE PUBLIC KNOW THAT HUOBI IS SCAMMING US

I experienced the same issue. Why not close the deposits? This is a
trap. Huobi doesn’t deserve trust.
Would all of you please vent on huobi Twitter and Facebook page. The more complaints they get on public platforms the quicker they will react. Do it NOW!
I think this is happening in partnership with Nem, they made this trap to find stolen from coincheck xem.
If this is truly NEM approach to the problem, realise how unprofessional and ridicoulous they are.
I never signed up for this, I’m screaming to leave this sinking boat since the day i bought this maffiacoin but people above us decide otherwise. The whole decentralization part is gone, just bosses doing dirty shit and earning money while people like us take losses.
So if NEM is a part of this Huobi situation we MUST sue them!!! At least do it for blockchain technology in general if you believe in its future, and to show that there is no place for corruption and old school central BS.
When we get them back, we will compare the satoshi valuation what is was before they trapped us and now. That difference, +20% for lost oppurtunity is what I suggest we’ll claim. Don’t know it will be from NEM or Huobi but if we make this case we will get it, you just have to believe in it.
We could get our money back and try to set a tone for future blockchain technology, sounds like ‘why not?’ or even ‘we must do that for the sake of blockchain’ to me.
I’m waiting since the 21st of February to get hold of my XEM that I had send to Huobi.

I’m considering my next steps. I allready had contact several times with Huobi support and I also complained on twitter towards NEM and Huobi. But no outcome except the reply of Huobi that we have to wait till freeze is over. But they can’t give a ETA.
