Huobi Deposit Problem and XEM!

I think we should bombard the NEM team as well. They are in a better position than us to at least get an ETA from these exchanges.

I’m all for them finding the stolen XEM, but surely the exchanges can be programmed to do a quick scan for the stolen stuff and let everyone else 's XEM through…or maybe its more complicated than that. ? I’d like an ETA on my XEM going into Huobi as well.! …Maybe they have to be secretive so the thieves get busted?

Most of the exchanges are working fine again. It’s just huobi and cryptopia as far as I know. So if other exchanges can do it why not huobi?

Do anyone know what is going on now

Nothing news actually. They said everytime listen to announcement from houbi.

It has been more than 1 months since the theft, and there is still no progress. What are they doing?

The assets are getting smaller every day, feeling like being hit by others but unable to return. Despair

Is this the official purse address of Huobi xem? The xem I recharged to my account is transferred to this address

Every customer has it own Huobi XEM wallet adress.

They get xem and transfer to one deposit address. Reason: stolen xem

Thats the reason why they will get more and don’t block the deposit of xem.

Add me to the growing list of people that fell in to the Huobi XEM trap. This is ridiculous. I can’t believe you guys have been waiting for a month for your deposits to clear while Huobi is still taking deposits. There is no notification on the site and I signed up a few days ago so I never would have received and email saying deposits were “temporary” suspended. Whether or not they actually start unfreezing the deposits at this point it’s almost besides the point. Yes we all want our money but I can’t believe they realized there was a problem and let people deposit for a month! Then they blame you guys and say it’s for the community. No offense to anyone here but I don’t give an F about the NEM community. I care about money and not getting scammed out of my money. I was planning on doing arbitrage (seems like I wasn’t the only one) there was no indication anywhere that I wouldn’t have my money credited. I even Googled information about Huobi before depositing. Didn’t think to specifically Google XEM and Huobi deposits, and why should I have to. If the reviews on the exchange itself are OK and there is no indication on the site saying that deposits are temporarily frozen then that should be the only information that is needed. Guess I was very wrong. If Huobi actually unfreezes the deposits the XEM price is going to crash on their site. Me personally, I will probably just transfer it back to HitBTC and withdraw at a loss. I feel worse for those of you that have been going through this for a month. Of course there was NEM hack but this shouldn’t have any effect on what is currently happening. Anyone that thinks it is good for a community to have people invested in your coin have their funds frozen by an exchange that is either scamming or incompetent enough to perform 1 update in a month is an idiot. I’d doubt NEM had anything to do with this since other exchanges are operating fine but if they did, I hope your coin goes to 0 after I sell it.

Was just trying to do an arbitrage trade ($3,000) and ended up having to hold this shit because of Huobi exchange. So does anyone know if NEM actually is forcing the hold on coins or is Huobi running a scam all on its own? Can anyone confirm whether or not they have received their deposit and were able to withdraw?

I’m waiting since 21st of February. No ETA is communicated by NEM or Huobi. Huobi only said they are freezing all XEM.

Does anyone have prior experience with this exchange to verify whether or not it is a scam exchange?

Everything was fine … Until this case

I guess you know it’s a scam when they say they have a 24/7 English speaking support staff and it’s all Google Translate, Lol. I will never use this exchange again.

I have also joined the XEM Scam and i can see that people here are making comments on Huobi and NEM how they are scamming people, but i don’t see an outrage on Social sites like(Facebook,Twitter etc),do you guys think that posting here would help us to get our money back,i request all of you guys to post comments on Huobi & NEM twitter and all other platforms,i did my bit and iam waiting for you guys to do yours,i don’t know whether this would help us or not but we can try to do whatever is possible and also if you guys have any other plan then kindly post it here and i will request all 136 people in this forum to carry forward the same.

I seem to have taken a victim too

Coincheck is taken responsibility, so that’s amazing news. I think Huobi will follow shortly.
