ts.warning_dont_accept_stolen_funds - 1.
and due to this, Huobi support says they cannot accept this into my account.

First thing:
As I understand NDKG5IF5J4ZSV4OO6RA6LTASDILPRBFHJBXGWND2 is your individual address on Huobi. If yes tag could not be removed because you need to have access to private key to this account to remove it.
Second thing:
You bought from NC4KHXSB3DYQLQZLARVRLBHMS5CMIIV4ACGXKOB2 which is Darknet (Onion) exchange as far as I know. Thieves sold you stolen coins so you can complain to them.

What do you mean by OTC? You didn’t by on exchange, yes? Where did you buy?
I bought it online https://localbitcoins.com/ that guy who sold btc to me tells me can give discount XEM. then I accepted it… But now I understand, that person sent that stolen XEM instead.
