I’m trying to buy NEM through iOS NEM wallet, but I think I sent it somewhere instead. I see a transaction, my account value has not changed, but instead of the $ I put in to buy it shows that amount of NEM. Who can I chat with for help?

Here is what I am seeing regarding the above post when I tap the transaction for details. I don’t think the transaction is complete but can I cancel or reverse it?Thanks!

What is your address?
We can look up more info on chain.nem.ninja
There is no way to reverse a transaction. Are you sending from or to the iphone wallet? How did you get your XEM, from an exchange?

I purchased my first coins from NEM nano wallet, which took me to
Changelly for the purchase.
When I tried to do it again today, I got confused and went into Receive. I
couldn’t find a “buy” button, so thought “receive” (as in get NEM for money
rather than get NEM from someone else).

That address has never received XEM.
If you entered the"receive" tab, then you shouldn’t of been able to send XEM.

Are you sure you have the same account on your phone and Nanowallet?

The wallet on my phone I set up by scanning the bar code of nano wallet on
the computer, so they should be the same wallet. The value hasn’t changed,
so can I just assume nothing happened and it is a dead issue?

Looking on my iPhone NEM wallet, I have 2 transactions.
Sept. 30 2017 + 130.600511 XEM with alpha-numeric code of eight blocks of
six letter+ number characters in each of the 8 block, which are separated
by hyphens. Is that the public key from the transactions?
Oct 2 2017 is the transaction in question, which is unchanged, showing my
user name, the date, a “2:” in the bottom left of the white box, and +_100
XEM in the bottom right corner of the white transaction box.
When I go to “My Info” my address is displayed as
NBYRX7-SYUQ56-DFNOBA-4F5OVH-EK35L3-5JP4LU-VUV6
I hope I typed it correctly before, but both then and now I have checked it
several times.
Please let me know if the address I include here from My Info is what you
need.

Also, in the first e-mail I sent tonight I said the value of my account had
not changed.
However it has, as it now shows 130.500511 XEM, so the 100 XEM of the
transaction you are helping with has left my account.

You still have 130XEM in your account.

So the change in account from 130.600511 to 130.500511 is a transaction fee
for my mistake? Best not do year again!
