I cannot transfer Xem to Bittrex from my mobile wallet.
Every time it failes, the fee is distracted from my account.
I tried it with the “normal” message (0,1 xem fee) en encrypted message (0,2 xem fee).
Can anybody help me?

After the transaction it says completed, but then nothing happens accept the fee is distracted (from 1000 Xem tot 999,6 Xem)
You are sending always 0 XEM. That’s why nothing is showing on your bittrex account.

BTW you should send unencrypted message to exchange.

You are using Android? On my Android mobile phone I can’t put comma as separator (only dot). Maybe try with dot? If you can please give a print screen.
I use an IPhone and tried it with a dot now, but still no Xem on Bittrex…
I will try to get a print screen, because I am on IPhone and the blog is on the desktop.
It’s strange. No matter what you should report this issue on github with print screens and so on.
As workaround you can do this on desktop nano wallet if you have backuped private key.

- Signup -> Private Key wallet
- Enter private key and password you choose
- Now login to you wallet on dekstop and you can do this transaction
I did not backup the private key, I think…
You can export private key. More (Three dots in right bottom corner) -> Export Account -> OK -> “Show private Key”
