- You have send 93000 xem to the bittrex echange.
- Bittrex did not credit you the 93000 xem on the exchange.
If that is the correct, isnβt Bittrex demanding a message with a code (like an 8 digit number) for every transaction to them?
For example Poloniex is another exchange and they need such a code to be able to put the transferred xem into the correct account.

Then give Bittrex transaction details for both transactions in an email.
Explain the first transaction is the XEM. The second transaction is your message.
Make sure you send from the same account in NCC.
